Tom O'Sullivan
Councillor
Having lived in Marhamchurch Parish since xxxx, I was honoured and proud to lead the campaign of opposition to the Bude-Stratton proposal to take over the parish in 2019. The campaign centred around highlighting our unique history and heritage.
Leading the team who organised the parish council's much praised Armistice Centenary Commemoration event is another highlight of my time as a parish councillor.
While I passionately fought for Marhamchurch to be represented by our own parish council, I recognise the importance of working with neighbouring parishes to secure best outcomes on issues like delivery of health services.
I now sit on Bude-Stratton Town Council, as well as Poundstock Parish Council, where I am the current vice-chair.
