Marhamchurch Parish Neighbourhood Plan Referendum - polling day: Thursday 3rd October 2024 (from 7:00am to 10:00pm) If you would like to be an observer at the above referendum, please print, complete, sign and return the relevant application form(s) in the tabs below. Electoral Services must receive your application by Thursday 26th September 2024. Observer roles are voluntary. The number of appointments will be limited depending on space available. If applications are oversubscribed, the Counting Officer will decide who to appoint.
