The BIG Health, Disability and Inclusion Survey

The Cornwall Disability Alliance has recently launched Your Voice Cornwall, the biggest health, disability and inclusion survey ever run in Cornwall. They are keen to ensure that everyone is represented, and that lived experiences are fully reflected in the results. 
The survey is a key piece of work and will be used to influence future services, policy and decision making across the county. The more people who take part, the stronger and more representative the evidence will be.
